The Team at Emerge Desktop would love to make your experience with Emerge Desktop as easy as possible and that means that we have made some tutorials to assist in downloading, installing and using the various components that make up the Emerge Desktop package. These are to enable you to understand how all the components fit together and work to make your experience a great one. We ask that you as the user remember that this is software released under the GPLv3 and that means do what ever you like with it 
but is also means that the team that manage this wonderful piece of software are all volunteers and give of their time freely to the project. So sometimes real life takes us on a different path than being able to make this what everbody wants.
Let it be said that this a one off, if not the only replacement shell for windows being actively developed for windows and we are working to make sure this shell will work in Windows 8 ™ . If you would like to be involved in this project at any level then please contact us to express your interest in furthering this project and users experiences with using a minimilistic but graphically pleasing interface on our PC’s be they servers, Laptops or any platform that runs windows XP onwards.
